The clash of cosmologies
Earthbound Futures is currently in script development, physical training, and technological experimentation for the Clash of Cosmologies - our biggest full length production yet, planned for Early 2027.
Amidst increasing clashes in inter-planetary politics, two lawless billionaire wrestlers are facing off for total control over Earth’s most potent technology: a quantum diamond supercomputer that can bend all manner of physical laws. They are marketing this wrestling-based governing method as a thrilling spectacle: The Clash of Cosmologies.
Who will manage to crash their event, and leverage the diamond technology to restore the natural harmonies between universes? Will it be the indigenous Martians, who oppose the use of diamonds for the colonization of their home planet? Will it be the Spirit Sisters from Venus, sworn long ago to protect Earth? Will it be the inter-galactic Diamond Guardian, struggling to incarnate on Earth? Or will it be you, the audience?
This epic 2 hour wrestling dramedy draws on populist performance forms such as Theatre of the Oppressed, Pro Wrestling, Drag, Agit-Prop and Ballroom, to challenge audiences to personally decide what “freedom” and “solidarity” really mean.
together, characters and audience alike will be embroiled in the fight to reject these covert fascists with the most potent technology in the cosmos: love!
lilac’s next incarnation
The original concept of The Femmetopian Adventures (see lilac’s page) has been re-developped over a decade, and is now shaping into an animated erotic fantasy tv series, taking place in the pleiades constellation.
in spring 2024, I worked on this series pilot in morocco, at the Café tissardmine residency, located in the remote desert region of tafilalet.
Prominent themes include: the ethics of civil leadership, spiritual evolution as part of biological evolution, and the immensity of each soul’s creative power.

My most long-term project is a developing play with the working title Shades of Infinity. this is a queer reimagining of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream for the 21st century. it bends around the curve of the 2010’s, to be precise.
the Lovers are queer millennials struggling to force their romantic and political lives into mirror images of each other. the iconic Faeries, meanwhile, are a metaphorical extension of higher ideals of radical queer world-building imagination. a “baby queer” named bottom walks between these worlds, weaving them together with all the arrogance and innocence of youth.
